Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking an organized Shipping/Receiving associate in McKinney, TX. You will ship and stage units, load trucks, and follow packing instructions to ensure on-time deliveries. The role requires forklift experience and ability to read and communicate in English.

The position involves daily inventory checks, following safety protocols, and maintaining clean work areas in a warehouse environment. Prior MRP exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read and write English clearly.
• Able to speak in English via a two-way radio.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Forklift experience required - sit-down and reach trucks.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
• Must meet production standards and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and staging units for shipment and loading onto trucks.
• Follow packaging work instructions and keep work areas clean.
• Carry out daily tasks to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Pick and pack UPS shipments and handle dunnage.
• Check hot sheet daily and report inventory discrepancies.
• Exercise safe working habits around machines and maintain clean areas.

Education and Training
