Job summary

thyssenkrupp in Ohio is seeking a warehouse associate on the 2nd shift, paying $21.63 per hour. You will load/unload trucks, pick, process and pack orders, and stock materials per inventory plans. Forklift operation is required and safety/ISO efforts are emphasized.

You may perform Kaltenbach saw cuts and participate in counts and cleanup. This role is on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery with strong adherence to safety and procedures, and requires pre-employment drug testing as part of

• Basic math skills for daily tasks.
• Previous forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Accurately removes and stocks product, customer’s product, and supplies per inventory plan.
• Selects products to fill customer orders and packs them properly.
• Loads and unloads trucks and verifies correct items are handled.
• Performs picking, processing and packing; may cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
• Completes cycle counts and inspects forklift at shift start.
• Identifies, holds and segregates defective material; completes required paperwork.
• Maintains general cleanliness and supports health and ISO/6S initiatives.
• Assists in other duties as requested by supervisor or team lead.
