Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler for a permanent, on-site role in Oak Creek, WI (area: Milwaukee, WI). The ideal candidate will operate clamp trucks and stand-up forklifts to move materials, unload raw goods, and transport items to production lines while maintaining accurate inventory and strict safety practices.
Requirements include at least 1 year of clamp truck experience, stand-up forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely operating both clamp trucks and stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility, support production operations, and ensure accurate inventory handling. Operate clamp trucks and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
Unload incoming paper rolls and raw materials from trailers and staging areas.
Transport roll stock and materials to production lines as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Move finished goods and inventory to designated storage locations.
Accurately label, tag, and scan materials using barcodes and inventory tracking systems.
Complete daily forklift inspections and document equipment conditions.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and material locations.
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse protocols.
Assist with general material handling and warehouse duties as required.
At least 1 year of recent clamp truck experience handling roll stock or large materials.
Previous stand-up forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a corrugated, paper, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with RF scanners, barcode systems, and inventory management processes.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
