Job summary

Integrated Maquila Solutions is seeking a warehouse position responsible for movement, storage, and control of materials in a distribution center. You will load, unload, and prepare items for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, good communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to facilitate coordination across departments.

SUMMARY

Responsible for the physical movement, storage, and control of materials and products within a warehouse or distribution center.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Keep track of inventory levels and assist in maintaining accurate records.
• Select items from storage locations based on order requirements and prepare them for shipment.
• Ensure that materials are handled and stored safely to prevent damage and report any discrepancies in inventory.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to fulfill material requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform basic maintenance on material handling equipment to ensure proper functioning.

QUALIFICATIONS
