Job summary

Epson America Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift in our Indianapolis-area warehouse. You will play a key role in picking, packing, and shipping orders, handling inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience and familiarity with WMS/RF systems. The role offers opportunities for advancement, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• WMS and RF experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
• Performing accurate putaway of inbound shipments.
• Operating equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
• Loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Placing appropriate documentation with outbound orders and inbound product per instructions.
• Ensuring all compliance requirements and special instructions are met.
• Conducting random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance.
• Complying with all WMS, TMS, and RF instructions.
• Completing housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Participating in cycle counting processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by:

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $21.00 and $21.50/hr. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
