Job summary

LSI Staffing is seeking an experienced Material Handler for 1st shift in Millsap, Texas. You will manage inventory flow, stage materials for work orders, and record critical trace data to support our supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of material handling experience, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Forklift certification is a big plus, and a valid TX driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Master Inventory Flow: pull and stage materials for work orders and record trace documentation.
• Logistics Leadership: load and audit outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data Integrity: conduct cycle counts and investigate discrepancies in ERP/CRM systems.
• Warehouse Strategy: track inventory movement and analyze variances to suggest improvements.
• Safety & Standards: maintain OSHA-compliant workspace and assist with year-end inventories.

Your Mission in the Warehouse

You aren’t just moving boxes—you are the heartbeat of our supply chain. In this role, you will:

• Master Inventory Flow: Accurately pull and stage materials for work orders and record vital trace documentation.

• Logistics Leadership: Safely load and audit outgoing shipments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

• Data Integrity: Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and use ERP/CRM systems to keep our records flawless.

• Warehouse Strategy: Track inventory movement between locations and analyze variances to recommend improvements.

• Safety & Standards: Maintain a pristine, OSHA-compliant workspace and assist with year-end physical inventories.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2–5 years of material handling/inventory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Skills: Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.

• Certifications: Forklift Certification is a huge plus!

• The "Detective" Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to focus in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, stooping) for the majority of your shift.

• Versatility: Comfortable working in varying temperatures and navigating outdoor ramps or uneven terrain.

Valid TX Drivers License is Required!
1st Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
$18/hr
