• Prepare shipping labels and process shipments through carriers such as FedEx and other providers.
• Operate WAV lifts and barcode scanning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory counts, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace following all safety requirements.

What You Will Do

As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping products moving through our warehouse and to our customers. You'll support inventory, shipping, and warehouse operations to ensure orders are picked accurately, packed correctly, and delivered on time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations.

• Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Package products according to shipping requirements while ensuring order accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to help support daily operations.
• Prepare shipping labels and process shipments through carriers such as FedEx and other transportation providers.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lifts and barcode scanning equipment, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support inventory counts, warehouse organization, and continuous improvement activities to maintain an efficient work environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all quality and safety requirements.

What You Need

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lift and/or utilizing RF scanner technology.
• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred

• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes.
• Experience using FedEx, UPS, or other shipping platforms.
• Inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing experience.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, medical device, or distribution environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while processing orders and moving throughout the warehouse.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed to retrieve and store inventory.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including WAV lifts and barcode scanning devices.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting shipping deadlines and customer commitments.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime, including extended shifts and weekends, when business needs require additional support.
• Must adhere to all safety requirements and wear required PPE when applicable.

$21.80/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
