Job summary

Danone North America in Minster, OH is seeking a Material Handler to support nightly production and material flow in a fast-paced, cold warehouse environment. You will operate a stand-up forklift, use a Warehouse Management System, and ensure accurate picking and loading of goods.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, weekend/holiday availability, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina for a 12-hour shift.

Job Overview

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Material Handler based in Minster.

Responsibilities

• Shift is 5:53pm - 6:00am for Nights on a 3-2-2 schedule
• Passing forklift certification and driving a stand-up forklift in either raw material Warehouse or Distribution Cooler
• Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality
• Computer work including picking product using a warehouse management system and RF scanner
• Unload and load trucks
• Working as a team to achieve challenging production goals
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Working in a standing position, most of a 12-hr shift
• Wearing a free uniform that includes safety shoes, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, hairnet and beard net

Compensation & Benefits

The Material Handler base rate is now $24.62/hr and night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. Ideal Candidate
