Job summary

Kelly Services in Sparta, TN is seeking a Material Handler to support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll operate equipment, move materials with forklifts, and help maintain safety and quality on the plant floor.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible 12-hour rotating shifts, and the ability to pass an online assessment within 24 hours of invitation. Prior forklift experience and teamwork are essential, with lots of on-the-job training and advancement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have forklift experience.
• Able to complete and pass an online assessment within 24 hours of invitation.
• Available for rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; willingness to support continuous improvement.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for sustained periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment safely with minimal supervision.
• Move materials using forklift and tow motors; stage and handle materials.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and participate in team projects.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment; follow safety procedures.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
