Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring Material Handlers and General Production Associates to support our food manufacturing team. You will move, stage, and supply materials to keep production lines stocked and ensure accurate inventory while finished goods move safely through the warehouse.

We offer 12-hour day shifts at $18.60 per hour and 12-hour night shifts at $20.60 per hour, with a 4 days on - 4 days off rotation. This fast-paced, team-oriented role emphasizes safety, GMPs, and reliable material flow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution (preferred)
• Basic computer skills; SAP or WMS experience a plus
• Understanding of food safety and GMPs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Use of material-handling equipment to move materials
• Supplying production lines to keep manufacturing running
• Loading/unloading trailers with counts and documentation
• Inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, and recording movements
• Inspecting materials for damage or mislabeling
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO rotation to ensure freshness
• Maintain clean and safe work areas across warehouses and docks
• Assist with cycle counts and audits
• Coordinate material flow with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams
