Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to understand units of measurement and perform basic mathematical equations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Move glass product from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily.
• Transport materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite production.
• Quality inspection, operate equipment, and/or manually maneuver equipment.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

What You’ll Get to Do

TheMaterial Handleris focused on handling glass pieces and rotate them through the various phases of the tempering, laminating, cutting, or shipping processes and reports to the Department Supervisor.

This role is perfect for an individual with astrong attention to detail particularly in areas of safety, quality, and efficiency, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment. Job responsibilities include:

• Move glass product from, tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process

• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
