JOB SUMMARY

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting the production floor by accurately preparing and delivering kits for electronic PCB assemblies and box-build electronic/electrical assemblies. This position also supports inventory management and stockroom operations to ensure efficient material flow throughout the facility. This hands-on, full-time, on-site position requires consistent attendance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

SHIFT

Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pick and pull job kits as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisor
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
  • Follow company quality policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Meet productivity and utilization standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate effectively as a positive, dependable team member
  • Adapt to changing priorities and production needs
  • Provide input to problem-solving and communicate effectively within the team
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience demonstrating required skills)
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, part numbers, and internal documentation in English
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
  • Ability to use performance charts and interpret documentation related to product quality

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or stockroom environment
  • Familiarity with electronic components or PCB assembly environments
