1st Shift Forklift Operator

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler to join our warehouse team. This is a full-time opportunity on the 1st shift with competitive pay and a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency. APPLY NOW: https://midwaystaffing.com/

Location: Franklin WI

Schedule: 1st Shift

Pay rate: $18hr

Duties:
1.
Support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials are properly received, labeled, stored, and distributed.

2.
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including conducting regular inventory counts.

3.
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.

4.
Assist with order picking, staging, labeling, and shipping.

5.
Ensure all materials and finished goods are stored and handled in a safe, organized manner.

6.
Help maintain a clean and safe working environment in all areas including the warehouse, freezer, and cooler.

7.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality.

8.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support a smooth workflow.

9.
Minimize waste and support cost-effective practices in daily operations.

Requirements:
1.
Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

2.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments (freezer/cooler).

3.
Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems.

4.
Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

5.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
