Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Columbus, NE is seeking a warehouse associate to support pallet/pick operations on a rotating 6pm–6am shift, with weekends included and a two-on/two-off, three-on schedule. The role uses RF scanning to process orders, label, pack, and ship, with pallet building and dock manifest duties as needed; background checks must clear.

6pm-6am on a rotating shift schedule weekends included

One week is 2 days on; 2 days off; 3 days on

Next week is 2 days off; 2 days on; 3 days off

Worker can start pending background, once all criminal background checks have cleared

No DT Required

HS/GED required

Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

Steel toe or composite shoes are required for the job assignment.

General Summary Duties and Responsibilities Pallet/Case Picking Processing customer orders including but not limited to: scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxes. Pick and pack orders. Processing orders through RF technology. Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions. Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP. Complete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profiles Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Pallet Build Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets. Re-palletizing products for shipment. May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper. May be required to transport pallets by walking MHE. Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Additional Duties Must follow all safety instructions to maintain safe working conditions and to adhere to proper operating practices and procedures designed to prevent injuries and illnesses. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Must adhere to attendance policies. Required to maintain current status in C2C training modules. Quality Understand organizational quality goals. The associate must maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area at all times. Cross-training Become knowledgeable with the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation. Job Requirements High School diploma, GED or 1 year of relevant experience required. Experience with Walkie Ryder (motorized Pallet Jack) preferred. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects. Ability to work in a fast paced distribution environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work well with others. Ability to work under minimal supervision. May be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner. Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.
