Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service in our outdoor yard environment.
• Handle materials using proper practices and PPE to load, unload, and store materials.
• Manage inventory and merchandise of products.
• Operate equipment safely, including propane forklifts.
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs regularly.
• Build material product knowledge is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting rate $18/hour with annual performance-based raises.
• Full-time, 40+ hours per week with consistent schedule, ideal retail hours.
• Paid weekly on Fridays.
• Discretionary profit sharing after one year of employment.
• Six paid holidays and PTO immediately.
