Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities. You will help process daily orders and returns, assist with special projects, and move products within the configuration center to meet sales ship dates.

Collaboration with the warehouse and configuration teams is essential to ensure timely delivery. The role requires handling 50 lb packages, forklift/pallet jack use, and familiarity with shipping systems like UPS

Qualifications

• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs without machinery.
• Experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack in a warehouse.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory handling.
• Familiarity with ISO quality practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily shipments and verify contents.
• Perform put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities.
• Assist with special projects and cycle counts.
• Coordinate space requirements for inventory with the Logistics Lead.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues to meet deadlines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and quality of service.

About The Role

The Material Handler is responsible for handling daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping activities. This requires processing and advancing the status of daily orders and returns, assisting the Logistics Lead with special projects, and moving product in and out of the configuration center as required to fulfill sales order ship dates. This role requires collaboration with colleagues in our warehouse and configuration center to ensure timely delivery to our customers

Must be based in the United States and able to commute to New Castle DE location.

Other responsibilities include:

• Inspect quality of products received from suppliers
• Efficiently pack products to minimize shipping costs
• Ensure accuracy of shipmentsto customers
• Notify appropriate parties whenshipping suppliesare needed
• Investigate and resolve shipping challenges as necessary
• Perform physical inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Process returns from clients and returns to vendors
• Focus on quality of service throughout all stages of the order lifecycle
• Coordinate all space requirements for inventoryin partnership with Logistics Lead
• Complete weekly cycle counts accurately and efficiently
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and elevate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• Ability to lift packages of 50lbs.withoutmachinery
• Experience using a pallet jack to lift packages over 50lbs.
• Experience operating a forklift and/or other warehouse machinery
• Experience with UPS WorldShip (Domestic and International) and FedEx
• Experience with Shipping and Receiving
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Familiarity with Quality Management practices (ISO) is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Contract Type: 2-week contract with possibility of conversion to full-time based on performance

Compensation: $23/hour on 1099 with possible overtime (Overtime rate is 1.5 times the hourly rate). If converted full-time, hourly rate is $26/hour with company benefits

Interview: Video interview followed by face-to-face interview in West Deptford, NJ

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $47,840.Compensation in other geographies may vary.
