Job description

The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, every product we create begins with the right materials, delivered at the right time. As a Material Handler, you’ll be the link that keeps our operations moving—making sure raw materials and finished goods flow seamlessly through the warehouse, production floor, and beyond.

Your work ensures that production stays on schedule, customer orders are fulfilled, and our teams can focus on building innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. The accuracy and care you bring to handling materials directly impacts product quality and customer satisfaction.

This is more than a warehouse role—it’s an opportunity to join a global company where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of our everyday culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Move materials between warehouse, production floor, and other locations to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO practices, and careful tracking of stock movement.
  • Support production by disbursing raw materials to the manufacturing floor and replenishing locations.
  • Handle shipping and receiving by unloading/loading trucks and processing orders with carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL providers.
  • Ensure safety and quality by keeping a clean, organized workplace and following all procedures to support compliance and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic material handling or warehouse experience, gained through work or training.
  • Ability to operate lift trucks and obtain/maintain forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow inventory and safety procedures.
  • Dependable team mindset with clear verbal and written communication skills.
What You’ll Get From Us
  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
