Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Yard Operator in Spencer, Iowa, to assist at a salvage yard. The position involves loading and unloading scrap materials, sorting recyclable materials, and preparing them for production. Candidates must be able to work outdoors in varying climates and lift 50lbs. Starting pay is $18.75/hr, with benefits including paid holidays, PTO, and medical coverage. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided on-site.

Monday-Friday 7am-5pm available.
