Job summary

Aventure Staffing is actively seeking Heavy Equipment Operators for a reputable salvage yard located in Spencer, IA. Candidates should have experience with Excavators or similar machinery and be prepared to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include preparing materials, processing through shredders, and operating loaders. Reliable attendance is key, as well as the ability to lift heavy items. Qualifications

• Must have experience with running Excavators or similar equipment.
• Able to work in various seasonal climates.
• A drug screen and background may be required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing materials for various production processes.
• Processing materials through equipment including shredders and shears.
• Operating front end loaders/payloaders.
