Job summary

Advance Services is hiring a Material Handler / Recycling Production Associate in Spencer, IA. The role runs Monday-Friday with shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, paying $18.75 per hour. Duties include sorting and preparing recyclable materials for production and maintaining safety on site.

You will work outdoors in seasonal conditions and be part of a team that prioritizes safety and efficiency. We offer weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and referral incentives.

Responsibilities

• Collect, count, load, unload, store, stack, sort, weigh and separate recyclable scrap materials.
• Prepare the materials for various production processes.
• Load/unload materials.
• Work in outdoor seasonal climates.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
