Johns Manville is a leading manufacturer of premium-quality insulation and related products, with a Pay for Skills program and a base hourly rate of $21.59. The role is placed in Shipping and may advance to Mixer, Winder, Vat, Mid Operator, or Palletizer. Hours are Mon.-Fri.

8 am -4 pm, with safety and training emphasized. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years forklift experience, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to handle

• Follow all Johns Manville safety procedures and policies.
• Relieve other employees as directed.
• Maintain communication to ensure quality product is being made.
• Maintaining daily housekeeping requirements.
• Follow JSA/SOPs and wear proper clothing and PPE as required.
• Complete training and meetings.
• Understand and use all appropriate checks and checklists.
• Complete production reporting.
