Johns Manville is seeking a Warehouse Associate for overnight shifts in Hillsboro, OR. This temp-to-hire role starts at $20.50/hour with a raise to $23.09/hour after 90 days and probation.

You'll receive, store, and distribute materials, read schedules, and ensure accurate order picking while maintaining safety and high housekeeping standards. The job requires forklift experience, physical stamina, and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/distribution.
• Forklift experience required (sit down, propane preferred).
• Ability to load/unload flatbeds and dry vans.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute material, tools, equipment, and products.
• Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to move.
• Ensure accurate order picking and meet shipping/receiving deadlines.
• Maximize storage space and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Assist with receiving and shipping functions and cycle counts as needed.

Anywhere from 4-6 days a week.This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience.Warehouser receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products. Also reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas by hand, hand truck, or electric hand truck.Responsibilities:Show initiative in supporting safety, plant wide.
