Reeb Millwork, a SBP brand, is seeking a Material Handler in Smithfield, RI. This on-site role requires forklift certification and at least two years of forklift operating experience, plus the ability to safely pick, stage, and transport warehouse items.

The position offers full-time hours with starting pay between $19.50 and $21.00 per hour, based on experience, and a benefits package including health, life, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification current or within last 5 years.
• At least 2 years of hands-on forklift operating experience.

Responsabilités

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the loading dock location.
• Use hand-held scanner to locate items and move them to the correct dock door.
• Move damaged or non-conforming items to reclaim or RTV area.
• Operate forklift and order picker as required.
• Maintain safety standards and good housekeeping on loading docks and aisles.
• Assist in unloading or loading trucks when necessary.

Description

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Material Handler to join our VALUES based organization. Responsible, at various points, for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting and otherwise handling products that come into and move out of the warehouse.

Required Qualifications:

• Current forklift certification or use within the last 5 years
  At least 2 years of hands-on forklift operating experience

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the appropriate loading dock location
Use of hand-held scanner to locate items and move them to appropriate dock door
Move any damaged or non-conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or RTV
Use of a forklift and order picker will be required
Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as pulled and/or loaded
Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock and warehouse aisles
Strive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracy
May be required to assist in unloading or loading trucks when necessary

Starting pay salary $19.50-$21/HR, based on experience.
