Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corp. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Material Handler to pull customer orders from the warehouse and stage or load them at the loading dock.

You will use a handheld scanner, and operate a forklift and order picker to move items to the correct dock. Applicants should have 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred, be able to read and understand English, and maintain safety and quality standards while keeping the dock and aisles organized.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Good hand–eye coordination.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisor or co-workers.
• Forklift/Cherry Picker experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Reeb®, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Material Handler to join our team to pull customer orders from the warehouse and stage and/or load in their assigned area on the loading dock.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the appropriate loading dock location
• Use of hand-held scanner to locate items and move them to appropriate dock door
• Move any damaged or non-conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or RTV
• Use of a forklift and order picker will be required
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards
• Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company by inspecting product as pulled and/or loaded
• Assure proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock and warehouse aisles
• Strive to meet team efficiencies for items pulled without compromising accuracy
• May be required to assist in unloading or loading trucks when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience :

• Six months to one year related experience preferred.
