Job summary

Guardian Bikes in Seymour, IN is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, stocking, and shipping activities. You will work with forklifts or be trained to operate them, maintain accurate inventory, and keep work areas organized and safe.

Responsibilities include pulling and replenishing Kanban bins, labeling and wrapping materials, performing cycle counts, and assisting production teams as needed. Overtime may apply based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to lift to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
