Job summary

Barracuda Networks, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Material Handler to join our Inventory Team in San Jose, CA. You will assist with inventory control, receive and log shipments, and coordinate activities to support daily operations.

This full-time role requires 0–4 years warehousing experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 10–75 lb. Forklift experience is a plus, and you should be able to work independently while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• 0–4 yrs of warehousing/receiving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift and maneuver between 10–75 lb.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Able to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and stand repetitively for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned by department Supervisors.
• Assist delivery drivers with unloading/loading merchandise.
• Receive and check ordered merchandise for damage and quantities; stock and restock.
• Handle paperwork involved in order receipts.
• Record inbound and outbound shipments in the transaction log.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Receive returns into Barracuda Order System (BOS).
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Track items low in stock for re-ordering.
• Study parts catalogs and price books; follow instruction courses.
• Prepare materials needed for the assembly line.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Maintain department appearances and displays.
• Work hours: Full-time; weekends and overtime may be required.

Barracuda Networks is currently looking for an entry-level Material Handler to join our Inventory Team. This individual will assist and maintain inventory levels, receive and accurately log inbound ordered merchandise, coordinate activities, and collaborate with other department employees to best support operations.

What you’ll be working on

• Keep track of items low in stock for re-ordering

• Prepare materials needed for assembly line
• Keep assigned sections of work area clean and always organized
• Maintaining the appearance of the department and displays
• Work Hours: Full-time regular employment. Weekends and overtime may be required

What you bring to the role

• 0-4 yrs. of experience in warehousing/receiving
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Able to lift and maneuver between 10-75lb
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Able to stoop, bend, kneel, squat, and stand repetitively for 8 hours a day

San Jose, CA only. The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $49,000 – $52,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
