Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Processing Center Specialist in Salt Lake City, Utah, for the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. You will set up and operate production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards while meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround-time requirements

• Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner
• Perform routine equipment checks and report operational concerns to management

Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround-time requirements
