Job summary

Dexian is looking for a Processing Center Specialist in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment to print and mail customer cards, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

The position requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. The role offers various shifts, including both weekdays and rotating Saturdays.

Job description

Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service‑level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 2nd shift – 3:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• 3rd shift – 11:00pm – 7:00am, Monday – Friday 35 hours/week, with rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes.
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround time requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
• Identify, manage, and elevate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any operational concerns to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with average lifting requirements of up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks.
• Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment.
