Altec is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Missouri to receive, stock, pick, pack and ship parts across departments and locations. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour. The role supports a safety‑driven, lean manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on quality and timely work.

Ideal candidates bring high school education, forklift/picker experience, and familiarity with barcoding. Prior Altec service experience is preferred; Oracle and Altec Navigator training is available on the job.

Qualificações

• Computer skills, with bar-coding a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical documents – i.e. engineering drawings

• Follow all established safety & quality policies and practices
• Learn and follow all work instructions
• Learn and operate all equipment within the department
• Support APS initiatives – Lean Manufacturing
• Rotate responsibilities as needed.
• Computer program usage – Ability to learn Oracle data base / Altec Navigator

The primary duty is to receive and deliver parts and materials to stocking areas. Pick/ pack/ ship product to other departments, other divisions, and customers.

Starting Pay $22.50/hr

Basic Qualifications

High School or GED is required

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

• Altec Service experience preferred
