ManpowerGroup's client, a leading manufacturing organization in Richmond, seeks a Material Handler to support production and logistics.

You will receive, store, and move parts, operate forklifts, read work orders, inspect loads for safety, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while learning opportunities and career growth exist within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of shipping/receiving and material handling in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with RF scanners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read/write English.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting various manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Range: $18/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

• Receive, retrieve, transfer, and store parts and materials for manufacturing operations.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one-year experience in shipping/receiving and material handling in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with RF scanners is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and write in English.
