Job summary

LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to keep operations running smoothly by supplying materials to production lines and maintaining organized work areas in a climate-controlled facility.

The role requires 3+ years in storage processes and forklift experience, with the ability to operate forklifts safely. You will use a warehouse management system and balance multiple processes to maximize efficiency. A 12-hour 2-2-3 shift pattern is required.

Qualifications

Work just 15 days a month - and make every shift count!

Join our team on a non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule that gives you stability, balance, and plenty of days off to recharge. In this hands‑on role, you'll keep our operations running smoothly by supplying materials to production lines, reviewing order reports, and keeping work areas organized and ready for success in our climate-controlled facility.

Are you up for the challenge?

Minimum 3-years of experience in storage processes, support to production areas.

Minimum 3-years forklift experience skills, with the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

Use a warehouse management system.

Ability to simultaneously balance multiple processes to support overall system efficiency.

Must be willing and able to work 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 shift pattern schedule.

Salary $25.33 per hour ($23.03 plus 10% shift differential)
