Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Production Equipment Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The role requires supporting product quality and production performance, with a 6pm–6am 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Starting pay is $21.42/hour plus a 10% shift differential (weekly pay). This position is non‑forklift and focuses on machine operation and quality inspections on site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
