Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588

Duration: 7 Months Extendable Contract

Shift Hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring timely provision to required areas.

Job Duties:

1. Perform physical and systematic material movements.
2. Generate Work Orders from an ERP system.
3. Perform Work Order Receipts in ERP system.
4. Conduct cycle counts as required.
5. Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
6. Assist in the coordination and flow of products through manufacturing and assembly when needed.
7. Work in a cross-functional team environment.
8. Handle chemicals in designated areas with proper training.
9. Work overtime as required for business needs.
10. Support company initiatives related to QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
11. Comply with FDA regulations, company policies, operating procedures, and other regulatory standards.
12. Maintain positive communication and collaboration with all levels of staff, customers, contractors, and vendors.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.
