Position Summary

The Materials Handler transports materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations, reporting to the Warehouse Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Receive, distribute, and store products securely.
2. Maintain records of materials received and shipped.
3. Review shipments for quality and accuracy.
4. Confirm shipping details and expedite shipments as needed.
5. Transport and load materials manually or using forklift.
6. Operate forklift and other machinery for moving items.
7. Label products and organize accordingly.
8. Resolve issues with contractors or vendors.
9. Validate and forward invoices.
10. Dispose of cardboard and maintain a clean environment.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of warehousing or related experience.
• Experience operating a forklift is required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Stock or inventory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Work schedule options include a 5-day or 4-day week. Starting pay is $19/hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid leave, 401k match, and more.
