Job summary

Allegheny Millwork & Lumber in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a full-time material handler to assist in delivering stock to clients and preparing materials in the yard. You will load, unload, and move items safely and efficiently, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Candidates should have forklift experience, the ability to lift 75+ pounds, and a safety-first approach. Prior lumber yard experience is preferred. The role offers a team environment, overtime potential, and benefits.

• Current Medical Card or ability to obtain one (preferred).
• Prior lumber yard experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Loading, handling, and delivering items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
• Verifying the details of each delivery.
• Informing your Manager of product damage.
• Operating equipment and machines (i.e., forklift).
