Leakproof Piping System Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse operations, receiving, storing, and distributing materials for project sites. This full-time role requires attention to inventory accuracy and safe handling of equipment.

You will operate forklifts, prepare materials for delivery, maintain orderly inventory records in ERP systems, and work in a fast-paced team environment. A high school diploma and forklift certification are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/inventory systems experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• English communication required; Mandarin is a plus but not required.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory, preparing materials for delivery to project sites, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable of handling materials, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to job sites and project teams
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training or certification preferred)
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with material deliveries and warehouse logistics as needed
• Enter and update inventory information in ERP or inventory management systems
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification)
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or inventory management system experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
