Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production orders and customer shipments.
• Transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Supply production lines with components and raw materials to support manufacturing schedules.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain proper storage locations and labeling.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, palletizing, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• 1yr of recent long-term consecutive work history
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management system experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
