Brief Description: This position is responsible for conveying and packaging products, mixing additives as required, hand loading and dumping raw materials. Responsible for quality, safety, and housekeeping.

Work Schedule

Rotating

Responsibilities

• Identify differences between final packaging
• Properly assemble boxes
• Sample and label boxes correctly
• Monitor printer quality
• Oversee conveyor operations
• Operate wash station controls
• Operate AT01 elevator and material hoist
• Hand load additives and maintain tank levels
• Record tank levels and material transactions
• Maintain storage area and perform machine cleaning
• Document work and participate in training and safety compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following safety protocols
• Operate equipment and monitor quality
• Lift up to 60 lbs., stand for 8 hours, and drive a forklift safely
• Follow manuals and maintain cleanliness
• Dependable, positive attitude, and willing to work overtime and in temperature extremes
• Pass forklift and respirator tests, and communicate in English

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift and manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Includes standing, walking, stooping, handling objects, exposure to mechanical parts, and working in extreme temperatures.
