Job summary

Everon is hiring for a warehouse/inventory coordinator to ensure timely and cost-effective supply ordering, receipt, stocking, and shipping of SSO inventory. This role may also involve delivering materials to technicians and job sites, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include processing POs, managing stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and performing basic waste management tasks. A high school diploma or GED and ERP familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or admin function; ERP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver license and ability to operate a motor vehicle if necessary.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with issuing purchase orders for employees and vendors.
• Process order placement for technicians, clients and vendors.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and perform quarterly counts.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed.
• Handle waste management including electronic waste and batteries.
• Oversee incoming materials and packing of customer orders.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documents and related paperwork.
• Complete PO requisition forms and filing for invoices.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for timely and cost-effective supply ordering, receipt and stocking of inventory, and shipping of SSO inventory. Responsible for maintaining materials/warehouse, may also deliver material to technicians and/or job sites.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assisting with issuing purchase orders for employees and vendors.
• Assisting in processing order placement for technicians, clients and vendors.
• Keeping track of warehouse inventory and stock, including quarterly counts.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed.
• Handle waste management including electronic waste, equipment recycling, batteries, etc.
• Overlooking incoming materials.
• Pulling /packaging/delivering customer orders with little or no supervision.
• Maintaining shipping receiving documents and all other paperwork as needed.
• Completing branch inventory exchange forms.
• Attending phone calls requests of customers and employees.
• Completing P.O. requisition forms.
• Create/maintain a systematical filing system for invoices and other index documents.
• Prepare work by gathering sorting and proofing documents.
• May assist in applying for permits, help with submittals and O & M's.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• One to three years of experience in a similar role and/or administrative function and experience working with ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook
• Must have a valid driver license and ability to operate a motor vehicle if necessary.
• Attention to detail, with high degree of accuracy and personal accountability
• Ability to read and interpret applicable documents, materials, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

The pay range for this role is $13.88- $23.13 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
