Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or administrative function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate a vehicle if needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to read and interpret English documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with issuing purchase orders for employees and vendors.
• Process order placements for technicians, clients and vendors.
• Track warehouse inventory and perform quarterly counts.
• Drive and deliver parts as needed.
• Handle waste management including electronic waste and batteries.
• Maintain shipping/receiving documents and related paperwork.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for invoices and documents.
• Prepare work by gathering, sorting and proofing documents.
• Assist with permits, submittals and O&M documents as needed.
