Job summary

Everon is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional in Renton, WA to ensure efficient payroll processing, documentation, and district-wide support. You will coordinate with payroll, manage scheduling, and assist with compliance and reporting duties.

The role requires 1-3 years in an administrative capacity, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in English. A valid US work authorization and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

  • Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
  • 1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties in sales or service industry; ERP systems knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Execute company procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and system controls as it relates to district standard operating procedures.
  • Work with payroll and managers to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Responsible for handling accounts in collections.
  • Responsible for completing required documentation for prevailing wage compliance.
  • Work with the national Fleet and Mobility to coordinate District Fleet and Mobility devices.
  • Work with national EH&S Team to ensure safety policies are being adhered to at the district level.
  • Provide backup support for administrative roles within the district including scheduling and reception.
  • Work within the District team to support all members to ensure the speedy and accurate completion of all team assignments.
  • Responsible for working with corporations & providing necessary documentation as requested.
  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information, obtain further information for incomplete documents before submittal or completion of final product
  • Order material and equipment
  • Complete daily reports as requested
  • Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
  • Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Completes other projects to manager and customer satisfaction, as assigned.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, instructions, etc. as presented in English.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external teams and end users in English.
Qualifications - External
Education, Experience, and Eligibility Requirements
  • Must present proof of ability to legally work in the United States.
  • Minimum of three years of applicable, hands‑on experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to clear a drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1-3 years of experience performing administrative duties required within a sales or service industry and working knowledge of computer‑based ERP systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Must possess good decision‑making skills, be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication.
  • Ability to use discretion. Problem Solving and ability to elevate matters when needed.
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Dispatching and scheduling.
Physical Demands
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and twist; use hands and arms to reach, handle, push, pull or feel; speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay And Benefits Disclosure

The budgeted pay range for this role as of November 2024 is $24.00 - $37.00 is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations.
