Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to stage finished goods, load outbound, and unload inbound freight on the Night Crew, while operating standard MHE. You will move, stack, and unstack rolls and pallets, perform receipt, storage, and shipment duties, and ensure compliance with established SQF procedures.

The role requires using automated inventory systems, reading safety manuals, and maintaining an MHE license.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures.
• Ability to use automated equipment and systems to scan, route, barcode, access materials, fill item requisitions, stow items, and process receipts.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• MHE license and proficiency in operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Stage finished goods, load outbound and unload inbound freight on Night Crew
• Operate standard Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in combination with materials handling duties
• Operate equipment to move, load, unload, stack and unstack rolls and pallets
• Perform materials handling duties including receipt, storage, and shipment of various stock in accordance with established procedures
• Report to the person of authority any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures

Requirements

• Must possess a thorough understanding of warehouse procedures
• Ability to utilize automated equipment and systems to scan, route, bar code, access materials, fill item requisitions, stow items, and process receipts
• Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating manuals
• Must be able to obtain an MHE license and maintain proficiency in operating equipment
