Job summary

Kelly Services in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Material Handler to join a growing warehouse team. You will help ensure materials and products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of warehouse experience, forklift and reach truck experience, and the ability to lift varied loads while working in a dynamic environment. This is a temp-to-hire role with an 8-5 schedule.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift and reach truck experience required.
  • Able to lift varied loads and work at height.
  • Comfortable with varying warehouse temperatures.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and push carts.
  • Receive, organize, and store incoming materials.
  • Pick, pack, and palletize customer shipments.
  • Prepare and sort less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts.
  • Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and warehouse activity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Follow all safety procedures and complete daily safety inspections.

Material Handler

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kelly is looking for an experienced Material Handler to join a growing warehouse team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will help ensure materials and products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and push carts

  • Receive, organize, and store incoming materials

  • Pick, pack, and palletize customer shipments
