Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Material Handler at our Monticello site to support production and warehouse activities. The role involves operating a forklift, handling raw materials, and coordinating packaging materials and finished goods under SOPs and safety policies.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in an industrial setting, with potential for advancement and eligibility for incentive plans. Onsite work and strong teamwork are essential to succeed.

• Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating, communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.

PositionOverview:

Asa Material Handler ,you'remember ofan assigned production crew, reporting tothe Plant Warehouse Supervisor.You will contribute to the success of Ball byobservingoperating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

YourKey ResponsibilitiesInclude:

RequiredExperience& Skills:

High School Diploma or education equivalent.

1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

3 or more years ofoperation and maintenance of forklift.

Working knowledge of proper hazardous waste management.

Experience using JD Edwards, AS900, or similar warehouse or ERP system.

Physical Environment & Working Conditions:

Hot/Cold working conditions.

Standing and walking forprolonged periodsof time.

Climbing (stairs,catwalks, and other equipment as necessary).
