Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler in Missouri to perform standard warehousing functions, operate forklifts, and deliver products to internal customers. The role emphasizes GMP-compliant tasks and accuracy in inventory.

You will stage, label, and move materials, while maintaining records and ensuring safe, timely shipments. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license; drug screening and clearance

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years related experience and/or training as a material handler preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain Missouri Class E / Illinois Class C or higher.
  • Pass drug and alcohol screening and job fitness physical.
  • Must pass and maintain controlled substance clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Receives all materials into the warehouse, checks for damages, attaches labels, and logs receipts.
  • Stage requisitions, attach labels, hang tags and move material to staging area.
  • Load and unload material to and from Production Centers.
  • Maintain inventory records on manual and computer systems.
  • Deliver materials using company vehicles and secure loads for transit.
  • Perform housekeeping duties and participate in process improvement activities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES In order of importance, indicate the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the role. Identify 5-8 key areas that highlight accountability and level of judgment required. Ensure GMP tasks and those required by regulation are clearly documented.

Role Responsibilities

  • Receives all materials into the warehouse (checks for damages prior to receiving) and attaches identification labels to materials and marks information on boxes as required, enters receipts into logbooks/computer, as required.
  • Stages requisitions, attaches labels, and hang tags and relocates material to designated staging area.
  • Loads and unloads material to and from Production Centers.
  • Maintains all inventory records on manual/computer system.
  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or with a forklift and/or other material handling equipment.
  • Lifts heavy objects by hand, dolly, forklift, manual and/or electric pallet jack.
  • Loads materials into company vehicles and secures to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
  • Transfers materials to/from Production and Warehouse(s) areas, as required.
  • Operates company truck to deliver and pickup product from production and/or intra-state transportation of materials and equipment.
  • Prepares material and finished product (including palletizing, wrapping, and banding) for shipment to customers via UPS, FedEx, common carrier, etc. together when necessary.
  • Returns material to stock and makes appropriate inventory entries.
  • Performs cycle counts of inventory, as required.
  • Have company vehicle serviced as needed.
  • Deliver materials to various MMT facilities with company truck or van.
  • Perform appropriate housekeeping duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or associate degree is required.
  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training as a material handler preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to obtain (Missouri Class E, Illinois Class C) or higher.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening and job fitness physical.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain controlled substance clearance once employed.

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information one-on-one, and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to work with various computer operating systems and have accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Physical Qualifications

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • The employee is regularly required to stand and walk up to 8-12 hours a shift; balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
  • The employee must wear all required safety equipment and perform assigned work in a safe manner.
  • Employees must use proper lifting techniques and be conscious of hazards around him/her.
  • Must comply with all safety labels on incoming or outgoing materials.
