Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a warehouse/materials coordinator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm) to manage raw material storage, batch accumulation, and inventory integrity.

You will move materials, log lot numbers in the BaaN system, perform cycle counts, and support the Purchasing and Production departments. Forklift operation and PPE compliance are required to ensure safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Minimum of one year directly related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operations experience

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Minimum of one year directly related experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Forklift operations experience

Preferred Requirements

• Leadership experience in the warehouse setting.
• Hazmat Materials Training

Physical Requirements

• Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
• Must be capable of wearing company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
• Stooping, bending, squatting up to 50% of the time.
• Standing and walking up to 90% of the time.
• Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency if required.
• This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $21.00/hour and $24.00/hour. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
