Job summary

All America Threaded Products is hiring a Material Handler for our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time, on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and starting pay of $21-$23 per hour. Training hours are 6:00 a.m.

– 4:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday, with alternating 2-2-3 production shifts once qualified. Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, inventory tracking with a scan gun, and performing routine forklift checks.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience with the ability to become certified.
• Familiarity with a warehouse environment and order fulfilment is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Self-motivated, cooperative team member with commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge and practice of safe working techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Outstanding attendance record is required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Job description

All America Threaded Products has several opportunities available for a skilled Material Handler! The starting pay for this position is $21-$23 per hour. This position is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401(k). This is a Full-Time, on-site position at our facility in Lancaster, PA. This is an opportunity for a mechanically inclined operator to develop specialized skills in steel-processing equipment and advance based on demonstrated capability.

Pay Range: $21-$23 per hour.

Training Shift: Monday - Thursday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Production Shift: Alternating days in a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (week 1 working Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; week 2 working Wed, Thu, Fri). Candidates must be available to complete training on the Monday-Thursday training shift and transition to the rotating production schedule upon qualification.
