Job summary

All America Threaded Products is hiring a Material Handler for our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting pay of $21-$23 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, and 401(k).

The operator will use sit-down forklifts to stock shelves, load trucks, and support daily operations, with training possible for forklift certification and opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated capability.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is required.
• Familiarity with a warehouse environment and order fulfilment is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; safety is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to stock shelves and load trucks.
• Use a scan gun to track inventory and maintain records.
• Perform pre- and post-operation forklift checks using a checklist.
