Job description

1st shift Materials Dept. All positions start at $17/hr. After probationary period and permanent hire status pay increases to $18 plus profit sharing bonuses $5-8/hr.

Profit Sharing Averaged $5-8 per Hour above regular pay last year.

Schedule: Start time is 5:30am and end time can vary by department. The company is currently working 6 days a week (Friday - Saturday). Average 55-60 hours per week. This is mandatory (the schedule is not flexible). Ability to work 5 to 7 days a week year round. Typically 10hr shifts is a must for this position.

Shipping: Packing crates and skids. Hand tool work. Carpentry or Construction background is great for this. We do not need a forklift driver for this position.

Materials Dept: In this role you'll be pulling components, hardware, misc. duties. Forklift is a plus but not a requirement. Please note that you will NOT sit on a forklift all day. You will be off more than on.
