Kelly Services is hiring a Material Handler in Logan, UT to support a premier manufacturing client. You will handle picking, packing, receiving, and inventory control while working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezer areas.

The role offers on-the-job training, a safety-focused workplace, and team-driven leadership. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and bring good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage or shipment per procedures and customer requirements.

• Work in temperature-controlled environments and operate distribution equipment safely.
• Complete required training and adhere to ISO standards related to distribution and quality policy.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Shift:

7:30 PM to 6:00 AM Monday to Thursday $18.40

4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday to Friday $16.00

What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:

• Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and correctly processing items for storage or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements
• Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying their quality, type, and quantity, and ensuring proper documentation is present
• Working in various temperature-controlled environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room as required
• Safely operating distribution equipment and following all safety and quality standards
• Completing required training and adhering to ISO standards related to distribution and quality policy

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Possess good communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Have some knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures (preferred)
• Are able to interpret team metrics and recognize deviations from standard practices
• Are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance
• Are comfortable working under general supervision and learning new assignments through structured training
